In french they are called this:

Pawn - Pion (Same translation)
Bishop - Fou (Mad man)
Knight - Cavalier (Horseman)
Rook - Tour (Tower)
Queen - Dame (Miss)*
King - Roi (Same translation)

*The queen is called miss because queen in french is "Reine" so the king and queen would both be abbreviated with R but many people do call them queens so if you do they'll probably understand

Pawn: Gyalog

Knight: Huszár

Bishop: Futó 

Rook: Bástya

Queen: Vezér

King: Király

In German they are pawn-Bauer (farmer) king-König (same) rook-turm (tower) queen-Königin (same) bishop-Läufer (runner) knight-Springer (jumper/horse)
