Other media things (like YouTube-links with music) seem to pass the test ? The photo of Quasy can (is) be copied from the internet and I don't see why it is seen as "spamming" or abusive to anybody on this thread.
I've read cc's "Rules of behaviour" and I found the following offence :
- Spamming (spammy pointless/distracting posts/lettering)
