play well...
Well that helps, a lot!
I really don't mean this to be rude but whenever I see these posts about losing streaks and playing badly right now, the players are very low rated. Typically under 1000. The fact is that at this level your play isn't reliable at all because you don't know the positions well enough to expect any degree of reliability. If you're playing badly, study the position inside and out so you can't get it wrong.
If you've not been playing well you could take a break for a little while. I'm not saying quit; just take a break for a day or two. Or sometimes study, but don't play for a few days. Then you'll feel fresh and eager to try to apply what you've learned. Also, if you've been blundering a lot, slow down and do a blunder check before moving.
As for opponents who move their queen out early, try to develop normally, but keep an eye out for threats. A queen by itself cannot really do much if you're careful; you'll actually likely gain time threatening it with your pieces. In some cases, it's fine to sacrifice a pawn if you get a lead in development.
Over the last several weeks, I have been playing some of the worst chess of my life. I'm hanging pieces, losing end games, and so on. I don't want to "quit" playing because I really like to play, but its really discouraging. I analyze 90% of my games afterwards. Most of my positions I will win the opening but somewhere down the road I blunder a piece. I also am not very good defending someone when all they want to do is move their queen 100 times in the opening.
Any advice is well appreciated.
Thanks
