You have to be at least 18, have a skill set the site is looking for, apply, get chosen for an interview, and get chosen from all applicants interviewed.

If you're 11, stop playing chess. Put your energy into math and programming. Learn how to design Web SPAs in Vue. Then get a job and fix this place!!! :)

In 7 years the underlying code libraries will likely change. That said, if someone gets hired as a developer, they will be part of a team where they'll have assigned projects, enhancements, and bug fixes for their area. They don't just get to choose what to work on

Martin as a support is it like that or you only just work on tickets and handle those also is there a seprate application you need to do after you are staff to become part of anti abuse or fair play team?

sure, sure! Agile Scrum is your taskmaster! :). I'm just making the point with a bit of humor that if the goal is to have fun AND make lots of money, software DevOps gives you much better odds than the super-GM track!
