I think it would be cool if there was a "Great Chess Players" section of the site, with a biography of the player, an then a games database,

You could go crazy with ideas but..really well annotated great games that you can use the board and analysis board with to study with instead of a book.

there are many abandoned groups with 0 members..they are all piling up and are completely useless...something should be done about that.

I have a suggestion, that I think would add to our chess community, and would not be very hard to add to the site.

I am a history geek, as well as a chess geek. I always see people having the perpetual "who is the best ever" thread, with some favoring any one of a dozen players.

I think it would be cool if there was a "Great Chess Players" section of the site, with a biography of the player, an then a games database, perhaps with some annotated, either by the player himself, or by a contemporary master.

I think it would be cool to be able to read about Morphy, Capablanca, Alekhine, Fishcer, Tal, Kasparov, Nimzowitch, et al. and look at some of their games. Perhaps one could solicit members of the site to volunteer to write the bios and or assemble the games for thier favorite

I dunno, just a thought.

Yeah, your idea is very interesting..a page which shows the biography of different GM's and IM's..COOL!!!

I for one would like to see more options on the chess pieces.  Currently, I feel like there are only one or two ones I would use.  It would also be nice if you could change the color of the pieces.

that would be nice and fun! ;)
