What do you think it means when a player favours using a particular piece?

I usually play against computers so I'm interested in the theory that chess shows certain things about our personality. So, putting the question to more experienced players, what do you guys think?

I think it means they have a weakness and will make evaluation errors based on their bias.

Basically it means he is a patzer, or quasi-patzer, who is still learning how the pieces are moving.

The board has 64 squares and (initially) 32 pieces, and it must be treated as a whole.
