What do you think of this position?

EDIT: GAME IS OVER. POSITION WAS WINNING. FEEL VERY STUPID. PLEASE EXCUSE MY RETARDATION.

The fact black's queen was a move away from queening with check spooked me into considering a draw when in fact the position was winning by force. I was worried somehow if I went into the winning line up top he would force my rook off of the G file by queening with check and then stop my advance up top.

I don't want any advice on a move, because the game is still being played, so please, don't mention a move. But I would like to know who you think is better here. Personally, I think black's last move was a blunder. I think white is better. Both players have two passed pawns. Black to move:

Asking for advice during a game is illegal. Asking who is better is asking for advice, since your plans may obviously be influenced by the knowledge of who is better.

If anyone tells you who is better, that would be advice.

During a real tournament, you could be forfeited for just asking.

In truth, I wouldn't dare ask for/accept advice. I was just considering a draw. It's really that simple.  Not trying to improve my position nor did I state which side I was playing. Just thinking about drawing the game or continuing the game. Surely that's not wrong?

Any advice whatsoever is illegal.

What is advice? I didn't consider it advice if it doesn't improve my position. The TOS doesn't forbid my question. It says not to ask for help. I don't need help, didn't ask for help, and explicitly stated so in my orignal post. The problem, is that people online will jump at any and every oppurtunity to tell someone "what's what". I am used to it by now.

So how about this: just forget it. Small matter.

Anything talking about an ongoing game is considered advice. Anything at all.

Game is over. I was white and won easily. In fact, the win was almost forced from the position I posted up top. I now feel stupid for thinking about a draw offer. I was spooked because I noticed black's pawn was a move away from queening with check.
