What does it mean?

When your tactics rating stays at the same  CRAPPY CRAPPY CRAPPY  level, no matter how many you do?

It means that you suck (just kidding of course ) 

A poem should suffice :

"maybe it means that you are looking at the positions the wrong way.

or maybe it means you're blind

I dont know, it's tough to say

how you think inside your mind"

 Your poetry's worse than my tactics!

How about a limerick?

There was a player called Woodshover,

Unfortunately he'd discover,

No matter how hard he tried, his rating would subside,

Perhaps he needs sleep to recover.

Chess is a tuff game to learn, just keep on practicing. You cant become good in a few months, chess takes years to learn.
