What does sandbagging fall under?

Hello there I need some help please.

I have spotted a few sandbaggers across chess.com and have reported them.

Under the report options I have been pressing cheating.

Is that the correct option?If not what is?

cheating if they played against you but if u just see it on account i think ohter

people who lower their rating to get easier games. or people who play lower rated opponents.

 Player who actual rating/strength is higher (eg 2000)

But purposefully decrease their own rating (eg to 1300)

So that can play under rating category and win easily  the first prize (  coz their actual rating/strength is 2000)

Is sandbagging verbal abuse? If yes, then click on that.

If no, is sandbagging racism? If yes, then click on that.

If no, is sandbagging stalling/quitting games? If yes, then click on that.

If no, is sandbagging cheating? If yes, then click on that.

If no, is sandbagging spamming? If yes, then click on that.

If no, is sandbagging avatar/username? If yes, then click on that.

If no, choose the last option where it says "other" and type "sandbagging"
