nice i left the league and now im in a new one but alle my points are gone i have nooo proof buti was first.... noway i have to play again dont know if you can see it but i had over 300 points.... now nothing... good tip....

Just join a new league. I played 2 hours of bullet and got the first place, it's not that hard ;.)

They are not all frozen. Your league division is frozen. However, most of the 10,000+ divisions are working fine.
