I've never heard a time control quite described in that way before (straight finish) but yes, you're correct.
Each player has 60 minutes to finish the game. If there is no five second delay, and if there is no increment mentioned, then you can assume there is none.
Each player can spend as long as they want on any given move. But you must finish the game within 60 minutes. If your time runs out first, and the game is still going on, you lose.

I'm willing to participate in a chess tournament for the first time. Time control as mentioned as this: "Time Control:
60 minutes each straight finish."
May I know what this means? Does this mean there won't be any time increment after each move? I understand this. It means there won't be any time increment after each move and a person can take even 59 minutes for a move (Just example) but for the next all the moves he only has 1 minute. Am I correct?
