What elos do people tend to get stuck at?

What elos in between 500-1000 do people tend to get stuck at? I want to go for 1000 but I need to know if there's anywhere that may take a while

You don’t need to know or think about where people get stuck at. You need to improve and if you get stuck, just ask for advice.

I second the above comment. However, there's really no harm in giving an answer, so...

It's probably going to be different for a lot of people. For me, though, 700 and 900 were the hard spots. 800 was the easiest.
