OBT is the same thing as ect.
A misspelling.
OTB has been explained.
etc. is short for et cetera. Latin for and so on.

The Order of the British Trolls was established by Royal Decree in the year of our Lord 1252. It's current de facto leader is one Caracticus Potts of North Korea, address unknown, whereabouts unknown, who is rumored to be Banksy's #1 Man and as mysterious and unidentified as his seemingly non existent boss, goes by many different aliases, some of which are under investigation by Interpol, and is rumored to be the Poorest Man in History.
He is also rumored to be moonlighting on Chess dotcom as some average player, when in fact he is shoring up a levy with bags of some substance, and he is a GM. He's had his fun and he doesn't like to flout it. He can come off as abrasive, but it's not his fault. He's deaf and he can't hear a word you're writing. Like Beethoven he would rather you think he was a Guy Fawlkes than know that he is deaf.
Or does everyone like Guy? I get confused why he has a holiday. I think it's because he failed(?), and why waste an excuse for a National Party, right?

I know this Yank with no brains who's rated barely over 1200 on here. He might be rated 1000 to 1100 in an OTB Tournament. I doubt he could get a FIDE rating, but he's eligible to try and will probably do OK in OTB Tournaments.”
