What do you want your coach to improve though, your OTB rating, your endgame skill, and such, also do you know what your coach is good at. Long games here can be very instructive, but this is still online chess, (chance of encountering none-chess players is present, showing a game to a coach against a none-chess player I wouldn't do) That game seems like it can be good game to show a coach.
What games to submit to a coach?

Give your coach losses to look at from a variety of time controls - online blitz, slow, correspondence, and over the board. They will help you identify blind spots. Also, they will help you develop an opening repertoire that gets you positions you understand.
EDIT: that was from the perspective of myself that appears to be a weaker player than you so your mileage may vary :P

Improving OTB play while obtaining an appropriate repertoire and shoring up my positional understanding. The problem with correspondence for instructional value is that calculation isn't necessary, though a plus with it is working evaluation (the end of the lines have the clarity of the board position) more often.
I'm saving for coaching and am wondering if online games would be useful. I know losses are most instructive but want to include some wins to get an idea of my overall strengths vs weaknesses (I have an idea by looking at the bookshelf but a coach can really guide one to shore up their weakest link)
Most games I submit will be practice games since tournaments are that frequent.
Here's a loss I'm considering submitting though it isn't recent.
I know I should avoid submitting games against computers and blitz but I want to obtain a thorough assessment of myself so I can know what to fix.
