what happen to chess.com

Chess.com has sent me a "NOTICE  FOR CHEATING". I was surprised and humilated by that letter. I was playing with my friend (also teaching her some moves while playing, of course no ENGINE coz I don't have any) then after the match the letter appeared on my live chess.. i was so sad because of that.. I don't understand why they sent me that. if they will analyze my games they will find it very clean in cheating.

yes, i do that opening for black because i lost every time i closed the english opening... simple opening but i don't think cheating is there..  white made an early blunder and i don't kn ow why they sent me a letter...

The game had multiple blunders on both sides. No way at all this game would trip a well-specified cheating flag.

Did the letter refer specifically to this game? If so, I would bring it to chess.com's attention. Perhaps you could post the letter here.

i dont klnow how to post it.. but i have it.. if chess.com will study my moves they will find none but simple chess..
