Creating another account without it being approved is against the rules. And why would he do that?

Couldn't he just close the account and make a new one that shouldn't be against the rules unless you ban evade

oh
If it was due to claiming clubs, @LegionChess5 and myself would be banned.
Jared I would get you back online if that happens
I don't think you can ask for clubs, but were you banned?
You can claim clubs with inactive Super Admins, like GM did with Bay Area Chess, I did with iCHESS, @LegionChess5 did with 2 clubs, @khaled_shoair with EGYPT CHESS CLUB, I'm pretty sure.
The thing is if he is "taking a break" and he still will not fill out that parental consent form then that means his account will still be closed anyway.
Well, I know you guys didn't ask for my opinion, but here it is: I think that chess.com was being a little unfair. Just a little. He came back with strict limitations, and now, he abided by his new restrictions, and still gets threatened to get his account closed again. Another unexpected, and unnecessary rule popped up out of nowhere, even though @GMChessminator is above the required age now, they still demand a parent consent.
From my perspective, @GMChessminator wasn't taking over clubs. Like he said, I asked for his help and he agreed to give it to NM Coach-Bill's Free Video Lessons. He made a whole forum filled with suggestions to help with the club. Me and another admin, @DaBaby, both agreed that @GMChessminator should be at least an admin in the club, after seeing his positive improvements in Bay Area Chess (He grew the club by the thousands) and the Egypt Chess Club. we both suggested to the super admins to promote @GMChessminator also to super admin. All 3 of us got promoted to super admin and @GMChessminator had great plans to improve the club's activeness so we could continue to grow. Sadly, the plans all came to a halt whenever chess.com closed @GMChessminator's account.
@GMChessminator, like he said, earned his way into the clubs he got super admin for. In the Egypt Chess Club (I'm an admin in it), members voted for him to be super admin, in Bay Area Chess (I'm also an admin in it), the owner saw his work and gave him super admin as a reward, in the Royal Chess Club (Super admin in it), @LegionChess5 and I promoted him to super admin, to help the club, not to take it over.
On behalf of all 45,534 members of NM Coach-Bill's Free Video Lessons, and all 9,081 members of The Royal Chess Club, (Which I am a super admin in both) we demand that @GMChessminator will be lifted of all restrictions wearing down his back so he can further help and grow our clubs and make them into better places than they ever have been. (Like he has done with other clubs) If I had enough authority in Bay Area Chess (With 19,287 members, thanks to @GMChessminator's leadership) and the Egypt Chess Club (With 36,489 members) I'd speak on their behalf to, but I'm only admin in the 2 clubs. However, I'm sure that @Scemer and @khaled_shoair would be on board with this.
Me and @GMChessminator are also really good friends, so on behalf of 3 other people: Me, Myself, and I, we demand that chess.com will apologize for their absurd conclusions and unacceptable attitude to @GMChessminator and all of his friends.
