that is because u are still at a low elo level where other people just want to be annoying. Also, if they just repeat moves you can claim a three-fold repetition.
What happened to proper players?

Yes, I hate it too when people might have better things to do than give me the rematch I think I am entitled to.

The decency of players has declined considerably. Most people appear to only play for the points. 90% will only rematch if they win. The second they lose they run away which I find really sad. I used to enjoy playing a handful of matches against the same person, no more unless it's very uneven and they win all the time.
Find someone with a premium membership who feels the same way, and have them start a "Rematch Club" and make you an Admin.
Then you can interact mostly with people who feel the same way that you do.
Most of us feel that nobody owes you a rematch. Just sayin'.

Don't need premium to make a club anymore

asked me to join because I played him five times (rematched) . The thing is, that’s the only time I can remember rematiching anyone lol

I personally laugh (internally) when I see people rant about this. It's completely absurd. Since when does your opponent "owe" you a rematch? What makes them entitled to play another game against the same opponent? The game will be about the same, why bother?

I don't really ever rematch. For me, I feel like it's good to always play against different people to find all the different play styles and so I can test my skills. The thing is hate the most about rematches is how sometimes people will just play the same opening they played a game or 2 before, which then can kind of get boring if you're playing the same thing. Basically, I just learn through variety.

"Whenever I'm losing, I must have rematches!"
the patzer repeatedly, heatedly cried.
He continued to lose even more games, in batches,
and rematched and rematched until he died.
Other one person has offered me a rematch. Also I only play 1 game v humans per day then I go away and analyse it. I could be tempted to a re match I suppose but on that occasion I was tired after work and so... sheesh and as for ppl not resiging... I will hunt down their king no problem. Even international cultures may be different... how would I know

well said. Online you have no idea the circumstances of your opponent. Of course, over the board it is common courtesy to rematch, one with black, one with white. But online is not over the board.
