Whaa....
What is 125 move rule?

The 50 move rule says that if you go 50 moves by both players without a capture or pawn move, then the game is a draw.
The 125 move rule says that if the game goes more than 125 moves by both players, then it's time to give up and find another hobby, because neither of you will ever figure out how to complete a game of chess.

There isn't a 125 move rule.
There is a draw that can be claimed when 50 moves have occurred with no captures or pawn moves. If there have been 75 moves with no captures or pawn moves, the game is automatically drawn (not sure if that one has been implemented here).

The rules in positions where mate is forcible with perfect play, but more than 50 moves that otherwise could be claimed, have been changed a few times in the past but the current rules are the 50 move and 75 move ones.

My coach said it was a rule. What is it?
Why didn't you ask your coach? Isn't that what a coach is for?

He should have skipped the whole coach thing and come to the pillars of wisdom on chess.com.
