So, I have heard here that if you are suspected of cheating and your acc. gets suspended, you can appeal. does chess.com even respond? Do they only help GM's and stuff? Do they listen, or just ignore it? Does the system even work???

The player opens a ticket with support to ask for an appeal. The fair play team will validate the process and if it is denied, the player should be told that.

Only the player impacted can request an appeal and should probably use the same email on the ticket as was on the account.

That said, this type of discussion isn't really allowed in the general forums, so I'm locking.
