What is coach insights and how do I access it?

If I'm understanding correctly what ur looking for, on app it'll be on the tab that says "more"
It'll be right under the heading that says learn
It is just called insights, so that might be what ur looking for

Got the membership when it was on sale.
Now struggling to find the so called 'Coach insights'.
What are those and how do I access it?
Anyone used it before?
