anything that is above 1500 is considered as a good rating
What is Consider a Good Chess Rating on this Site?
"anything that is above 1500 is considered as a good rating"
its very subjective. If you just learned how the pieces move, 500 is probably very good. If you are competing at international level, 1500 is probably very weak.
Lets go with the percentages and say top 10% is relatively good. For rapid. Blitz doesn't matter and nobody cares about bullet.

here is my answer:
under 1200 novice
1200-1500 : beginner player
1500-1800 : good player
1800-2200 : expert player
2200-2500 : master player
above 2500: world champion
Like I said - very subjective.
A player in the high 1400s rapid would be in the top 4% but still a beginner by your criteria.

From all these comments I think it's fair to say that a good rating is subjective. My opinion is that a good rating is anything better than you previously were. If you were 1100 on Monday and can be 1150 on Friday, that's a good week. You'll go up and down, but if you're enjoying the game and happy with how you're developing then that's a good rating for you.
I HATE IT so much when people say people who are either 900, 1,000, 1,100 or people who are 1200 are "advanced beginners" like we are good at chess and NO ONE will say we're advanced beginners

Does the site have a screen that shows the average rating of players ? Or shows your overall ranking in comparison with all players ? I would imagine in this day snd age that wouldn't be a hard function to incorporate if they dont have it already.
That's coming from a 1200.
2300 rapid is a good rating.
