What is Glicko RD?

Full explanation:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glicko_rating_system

Right. Glicko RD is just a measure of how approximate (or how accurate) your published rating is. Big numbers mean that your printed rating is just a rough approximation. Small numbers mean that your rating is very close to the actual playing strength.
So there's no such thing as a "good" or "bad" RD.
If I recall that correctly: Assume your rating is R and your Glicko RD is D, then there is a 95% probability that the rating which reflects your actual playing strength is between R-2D and R+2D.
So, if you rating is 1200 and your Glicko RD is 50, your playing strength is higher than 1100 and lower than 1300 with 95% probability.
What is Glicko RD and is it a good thing that I scored 127 in it?
