But now that they have re-defined 10|0 to be rapid, I suspect the most popular control of now is 5|0.
I wish they wouldn't hide 5/5 away.
Also I wish they would change 10 to 10/2

I don't think the popularity had anything really to do with the rating pool, but the time control. People that like to play 10|0 either like the extra time or to help insulate against time loss.
It would be interesting to see if the percentages have shifted much.
