What is Seblebs real rating?

Sebleb say his estimated FIDE rating 1675 becouse of some rating estimator website, actually he got 1625 in that thing and i have noticed that the estimated ratings of different people is usually around 300 higher their real rating. My rating is 1580 and i got 2100, a difference of 520!! With that his rating would be around 1325.

His chess.com Rating is 1500, or is it? Notice the people he plays. He only plays peope lower rated than him, that strategy  (I think it is cheating for low down people that have a low selfesteem) usually gets you about 100 points so his rating is 1400, but that is only his online chess rating most of his raings are 1400(with the cheating) so i would estimate his rating to be around 1300, like last time.

Finally his real FIDE rating is 733, although i think his real strength is 1300.

Oh, and he will not be posting here since he banned me as he has done to half the chess.com communaty. His defence to his lessons (you should be at least 1800 to really teach strategy, 1700 to teach tactics, and 1600 to teach how to move the pieces) is "if you don't want to see them then don't come, it's not like the lessons are hurting anyone, LOL" wel actually they are hurting a lot of people, Not only are you embaresing GM short by actually making some people belive your lies that you beat him, you are "teaching" everyone to play worst than they already do, look in any one of his "lessons" and you will find some horrible thing he is teaching people. It's like giving out poison and saying it's water while having a fake ID.

No FIDE rating, his 733 is CFC.

Wah beat me to it.

ajttja beat you to the 733, this is from the first post:

"Finally his real FIDE rating is 733, although i think his real strength is 1300."

Although it's CFC, not FIDE

Ratings aren't estimated.

For example, if someone says I'm rated 1500-1600 it's just pure BS.  You're rated what you're rated, or you're unrated.  There are no estimations or ranges worth mentioning.

Crazychessplaya

733 is almost 1337 backwards.

In all fairness, FIDE ratings aren't always as accurate as local ratings if your primary system isn't FIDE.  For example, my FIDE rating, although it does have 19 games on it, are from events when I was lower rated and I have not recently played a FIDE rated tournament, so it is much lower than my USCF which is well established with around 250 games played.  (FIDE 1723 on 19 games, USCF 2008)

dont agree... even if you do not have a FIDE (this is the only thing I can get in Peru) you can still play in tournys and get scored each time... for example In one tourny my preformance rating is 1500 and if I have a couple of these tournys with roughly the same preformance rating, I would say that my estimated elo is about 1500...

If you have a couple of tournaments with a 1500 performance rating then your actual rating, not estimated, will be 1500 lol.

Yes, of course you can estimate.  But no one makes good estimates of their own rating.  For example performances aren't reliable, everyone has had performances well above their actual playing strength.

Better to say, "in my last tourney my performance rating was 1500" not "I'm pretty much rated 1500"

Or say, "I beat a player rated 1648 last month" not "I'm pretty much rated 1600"

well I agree, this is my case and whenever anybody asks me I tell them that my avarage preformance elo is 1500...

I dunno about his rating, all I know is if I played a game against him he would probably win.

a suggestion. play sebleb! get a 1500/1600 player to play him. I have tried i don't know how many times but he chickened out. if he declines we can rule out his chess.com rating. I got an estimated rating on his "rating estimater" of 1700 so i don't know what is up. the next time i tried i got 1300. i would like to play sebleb but he won't accept my challenge. i don't know if he is scared to play me, or his excuse is he never has time i don't know. he defends his lesson, which i think are useless for anyone over 1300. whatever

he absolutly never ever accepted the challenge... he only plays people rated 300 points lower than himself, and mostly bullet at that...
