saw him in interview he said its orange juice mixed with water
Please be relevant, helpful & nice!
Looks like Tang. Mix it as weak or as strong as you like.
As for Chicken_Monster's post regarding keeping your blood sugar at an even level, and that OJ would spike your insulin levels and cause you to crash: That is something only diabetics need be concerned with. It doesn't have that effect on non-diabetics.
actually, what he is drinking is one of the greatest alchemic breakthroughs of all time- orange apple juice.
However, it has been rumoured that there is an excessive amount of chicken nuggets(aged 212,123,324,234 years, which is the average difference in age between him and his opponent) that are atomically dehydrated, and equipped in a nuclear processing plant with a sub-atomic neuro-plasmic higg's boson level 2.1 BPS(bubbles per second) black-hole fusion producer gravy.
This is horrible disrespect towards the World Champion on his birthday.
I'll have you up before the committee.
All of you.

I was under the impression that anyone will crash after ingesting sugar....I'm not diabetic, but I have experienced this with both caffeine and sucrose...unless I was just hallucinating. Maybe fructose doesn't have the same effect? I rarely drink OJ, or have soda or candy anymore, so I don't really know for sure.
Do they still make tang?
I can't find tang in the stores, but I have a friend whose mom makes awesome tang.
I love the taste of my friend's mom's tang. It's super sweet.

You burn through sugar quickly so it's not a reliable source of energy. Too much sugar is bad for you anyway. Caffeine is similar but it lasts longer and people seem to always have more available when they need it.

I wonder if Magnus Carlsen's drink is a bottle of his mom's tang!?
Screwdriver.
+1
Is Magnus even old enough to drink?
(Before someone takes that seriously, I'm kidding.)
Anf if it was simply orange juice? Industrial, because genuine orange juice isn't that kind of brilliant orange.

I would think you would want a drink that would keep your blood sugar at an even level. Orange juice would spike your insulin levels and then you would crash. It must be some specially formulated electrolyte drink.
