I would guess that finding out advertisers rates is not generally shared. I know Gothamchess has shown some of his channel statistics but I don't think he has ever revealed his revenues.
There are probably publications dedicated to marketing professionals that would have some of that information.

No but IMO, there's a pretty huge casual market that is untapped right now.
i have a monetized chess channel, so for short videos like 2 to 5 minutes, the rpm is 0.5-0.8$ and the cpm in about 2-3$, but for long videos ( 8 minutes to ten minutes) the rpm is 2-3$ and the cpm is 6-10$
i have only one or two long videos so maybe if i increase the duration it will be a lot better

0.5 - 0.8$ is way to low for rpm... is all your traffic from Africa? 0.5 is almost a high rpm for shorts video, I think it's quite hard to have this low rpm, especially from 3+ videos. While also having a rpm with 2-3$ on 8+ min video where you can put 3 ads per video, is way way to low.

Don't do it for the money exclusively. It shouldn't even be in your top 10 reasons for making videos.
Probably 99.99% of the youtubers out there don't make any money.
Do it for the fun of making videos, the education you bring, the entertainment, the fact that you can bring something original to Youtube.

quick fact, that is actually calculated and only 0.25% of youtubers have their channel accepted for partner program. But this doesn't mean you can live of youtube just because you can monetize your channel, you actually need to make consisntent monthly number, so the percentage of people who are living off youtube is even lower than that
