Yes, but you got to get through Crystal to get to Elite. This means Elite has all the top dogs from Crystal, so getting top 3 in Elite will be much harder.

Yes, it should be harder because it is a league made up from the "cream of the Crystal crop".
The difference between crystal and elite is its spelling. Crystal has got sevem letters whereas elite has only five letters.
