I didn't actually expect to hear from Danny but that would be nice. You say its a fact based on what observations, I mean where does it say 100 is the floor. I'm playing with someone now that is 101 daily so I guess he will never be below that I'm sure. I'm not arguing with you I hope you know, just hoping to see something official is all. Does that make sense?

Yes it is 100, I played a 100 rated player on a daily and after beating him, it didn't go any lower and I didn't get a point.
if you lose with 100 elo, it stays the same. No elo will go below 100. That's literally it.
