Theoretically Hikaru said that Mittens had bad techniques, and is only patient with no exact type of movement. Hikaru also stated that he isn’t 3200+ and more or less 2500-2800 elo. This can be deducted as Hikaru drawed Mittens and the Engine in the custom section with arrows and others can easily beat Mittens.

Maybe worth noting is that when kids on the forums post ratings they're thinking in terms of online or bot ratings. When Hikaru says 2500-2800 he means it's GM strength... because even I could beat a 2500 bot... the very first (and only) time I played the Danny bot I drew for example.

It's not a full strength bot.
Stockfish's versions are very barely better than each other. If it were almost any SF then almost all its games would be drawn against SF.
It won a match against the maximum chess.com bot (3200 elo) but lost to stockfish (3700 elo), but didn't lose to stockfish that badly. So I would say maybe 3500 elo?
