Well I don't know if I am a romantic secretly or not, but being attached to your queen surely does count as being one! For in truth, us amateurs, can't play a game with a straight head after exchanging queens! To be honest, I am working really hard to play games specifically without the queens on board...You gotta learn to use your minor pieces optimally won't you agree?
I used to play games and just take my queen off the board before the first move, just to get used to playing without my queen. After that, at tournaments, I'd trade queens any chance I got because so many people around my age (scholastic tournaments) didn't have a clue what to do without their queen.
I'd play you an unrated game without queens if you wanted.

I would practice against some friends of mine without my queen until they got better (mainly because I was giving them basic guidance about where to place their pieces and basic calculations and tactics)
I would like to play such a game! Though how do we get our queens off the board even before we start here on chess.com?

this test reminds me of that old Dungeons and Dragons Alignment test
answer a few questions and it gives you verying degrees of what you are.

It guessed I play q gambit and sicilian defense, both true. Of course, those guesses are not exactly off the wall.
Interesting test. I think in my case it described me pretty well. Except of course there is one big, very big difference between me and Kasparov...

I don't know a way to do it before we start, but being a friendly game, we can just use our knights to take each other's queen, then go back to the starting position, and go from there. Challenge issued.

Thanks for the link. Had never done a chess personality test before and was happy with the result of Technician (in the style of Kramnik)
Use three of the four openings suggested frequently. Time to start looking at the Petroff as it is the only one suggested that I don't use often.

As black, it wants me to pair the French with the Sicilian. As white, it tells me to play the Nimzo-Indian.
