Haha. Well I guess you have to lose in chess, because if you don’t lose, your opponent won’t win either, and vice versa.

As a kid I liked bishops, because their heads look like a knight's helmet (I still have a problem with horses being called knights in English. But I recently learned that the bishop's helmet is in fact a mitre). Nowadays I have a weak spot for the solid, straight forward character of rooks.
I like the king because without him you lose.
I like the opponents king the most. That’s how I win
