I have heard that d4has better outcomes percentage wise, but I am much more familiar with e4. So I vote E4!

As white: c4 (the English is great - it often plays out like a Sicilian with a move in hand, and white usually controls whether the game is primarily tactical or strategic)
As black: ... c5 against 1. e4 (leading to a Dragon if I can)
