I've gotten 100% a few times before but they were only games with under 10 moves. In an actually long game I once got 97.1 in 60 moves.

Also I somehow got 95 in a bullet game once.

Just 9 moves but 100%:

99.1% in a 28 move game. my opponent was rated much higher than me and played really well. Maybe I got lucky

My highest is 100 in a three-move game: my opponent went for a wayward queen attack and hung their queen on move three. After I took the queen, they resigned.
