I looked at some of your games. Learn what opening principles are and follow them. You moved one of your knights to h3 and lost it. You have the right attitude though.

Studying endgames and tactics will make you better. I see you have been working on the the tactics. Here are two links for some books that get recommended. Studying endgames is boring and might seem a strange thing to do to get better. It really helps though because you learn how to finish the game. Some people have a hard time winning even when they're winning.

Do about twelve tactics puzzles a day. Don't spend forever on them. Just three to five minutes each. Repeat them until you memorize the patterns and recognize the themes. I think you will be good someday.
