What is your worst blunder during a chess game?

       It was a 3 fold mistake. My opponent had a pawn on the 7th rank. I brought my rook over, and WASN'T thinking. In one move, he captured my rook, put me in check, and created a 2nd queen.  I just resigned!

my worst blunders tend to be overlooking the in between move or intermezzo... when I miss the intermezzo I vow never to miss it again ... until the next time!.
