what I've notice

one thing or alot of the time I've noticed is that players will resign if they lose a queen but other times they will just play til the end why is that ?

You are rated 134 in rapid right now. I would guess that at that rating, people mainly attack with their queens. They don't know what to do without it.

To me it depends on your level of play. I've been stuck between 900-1100 for a bit now. I think new people should play out the game because there's a chance your opponent will blunder too and give you an opportunity. At higher levels I think it would be harder to come back from being behind so much material.
