"no games at all" ++ No level at all. You cannot become good at soccer, cycling, darts, golf, snooker... from videos or books either. You have to do it.
The essence is to play and analyse lost games.
What level can you get by just only learning theory through books? (maybe some vid)

You might be able to THINK at the Expert level, but you would PLAY like a chimpanzee.
Because playing strength is only loosely connected to theoretical knowledge.
