What levels are Yusupov's "Build up your chess" actually aimed at? - Chess Forums

I have been considering studying books in Yusupov's "Build up your chess" series. O currently have a chess.com rapid rating of 2089. What books should I start with?

Thanks Martin. The alternative I have at home is Herman Grooten's "Chess strategy for Club Players", which probably will get me up to speed quicker than doing a recap via the orange books.
