3. Nxh5. Nothing beats a free queen.
If you have played Nf6 then I'm sure you wont have to worry about Qh5. Other wise that would be a blunder.
If you made a move instead of Nf6, then I'm sure you should play this.
Getting your queen out early is usually a waste of time. Black develops early with tempo usually.
