Rapid is anything from 15 to 59 minutes, but is normally played around 20-30, at time controls like 15/10, 25/10, and 30/0.

Rapid is 10 minute with no increment to 50 minute with no increment, with increment ( 5second ) will be 8 minutes with increment to 45 with increment. Increment can also be called delay.

That would be Lichess. I find the 8+ minutes = classical thing to be idiotic, as they don't even name it "Standard" to distinguish it from real classical chess. You could make an argument that anything above 8 minutes isn't really blitz, but calling it "Classical" is just wrong.

Seriously, WTF are you talking about? You found a different way of saying something too? What could you possibly be referring to? Surely you're not talking about 15+10 vs 15|10?
