What to do?
I couldn't tell which game you're referring to, if this is occurring in an actual game, but if you have any pawns remaining, I'd advise promoting all of them. Take all 5 days for each move.
If it's open enough that many =Q's would cause a stalemate, promote to something less active across the board. Ten knights are less likely to stalemate than nine queens, but are at least as efficient at showing you're just playing with your opponent.

What can you do about a player that is going to lose for sure but waits until there is about 5 hours left for him to move in a 5 day game then moves and the game is taking forever? Yes I know that if you are going to win you will eventually win but this is just driving me up the wall. I started the game in January and here we are in March and we have only made 55 moves. Its not like the moves are very complicated either. He makes a move that if you looked at it for a couple of minutes you'd say ok this looks like the best move here then instead of moving he waits for days to make his move. He will not even resign and my rating has gone up over 200 points and his has gone down over 300! Please give my some advice!!!
