What to do as black against h4 in the Leningrad

Hello everyone!

Recently I've played a lot of over-the-board chess, and I've been trying out the Dutch. Specifically, the Leningrad. I've run into some problems, however with the move h4 for white with an early attack. They push the pawn, castle queenside, and sacrifice the rook. I've been losing the majority of these games, so could I get some advice on h4 in the Leningrad and how to play the Dutch in general please? Thanks!

it is always a good idea to consider the advance of the d, e and g pawns reinforced by a battery of the c2 bishop + queen guarded by both knights, avoiding enemy king from castling and deploying a massive atack on the queenside
