Could someone help me figure out what to play if your opponent plays the Sicilian on you? Because most of my games people play Sicilian and I mostly end up losing and its frustrating.

If you wanna avoid the main lines in the Sicilian Defense

1, e4, c5

2, c3 .......this is a good way of avoiding the main lines

I usually play the smith-morra or the grand prix because it takes them out of their usual prep. I don’t know enough theory to compete against someone who knows the main lines.

Ok I will do it in my next game if my opponent tries Sicilian

The wing gambit aka Sicilian gambit after e4 c5 b4!? It has a reasonable reputation at the top level even Firouzja vs Magnus had some games in this line. It deserves much more attention than it has

Ok I will search up the Wing Gambit

As a Sicilian player I am the least comfortable playing against the Alapin (1.e4 c5 2. c3) or the Smith-Morra (1. e4 c5 2. d4 cxd4 3. c3).

I don't know ant Sicilian

Well you can play a closed Sicilian with is probably the strongest non open response (I find Alapin and smith Morra pretty weak if black plays an early e5, but you might like them). But at our level the open shouldn’t cause you too much grief (pieces go on natural squares, a lot of time the f pawn is the wedge to open up blacks position, watch out putting your bishop on c4 etc)

What about 2.) D3 going for a Kings Indian Attack type setup?

I took a look at some of your games where the Sicilian was supposedly played?  It wasn't.   Sure the first few moves were played, but after that?  You lost because you gave material away, not because of the opening.

Take a look at the Kopec system.

Nc3 is the most common to defend against Sicilian

Not at all.  It just means you are where every chess player started.  At the beginning.  And you're making the usual mistake that openings are determining your games.  Play over your losses, and figure out why you lost.  That alone is one of the best ways to improve.
