I like Grand Prix the most https://chessmood.com/course/sicilian-defence-part-1 Check out this amazing course!
The wing gambit aka Sicilian gambit after e4 c5 b4!? It has a reasonable reputation at the top level even Firouzja vs Magnus had some games in this line. It deserves much more attention than it has
As a Sicilian player I am the least comfortable playing against the Alapin (1.e4 c5 2. c3) or the Smith-Morra (1. e4 c5 2. d4 cxd4 3. c3).
Could someone help me figure out what to play if your opponent plays the Sicilian on you? Because most of my games people play Sicilian and I mostly end up losing and its frustrating.
I took a look at some of your games where the Sicilian was supposedly played? It wasn't. Sure the first few moves were played, but after that? You lost because you gave material away, not because of the opening.
I also reccomend this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fIiPbPkuNU

Not at all. It just means you are where every chess player started. At the beginning. And you're making the usual mistake that openings are determining your games. Play over your losses, and figure out why you lost. That alone is one of the best ways to improve.
