Now when i was younger?  Oh yea...If i lost to someone i thought i had no business losing to?  I would get up and quit the tournament.  just walk away, no withdrawing, no letting the TD know.  Not one of the prouder moments of my life.

when you see your opponent start moving very quickly in a lost position to try to win on time

I haven't played in a while (and I'm redoing the beginner lessons), but I remember that it wasn't good to play when I was in a bad mood.

Also a reason should be when your opponent doesnt let u Checkmate him/her and resigns just when u are about to checkmate him

It is only a game. If you can't take losses along with wins and no longer enjoy it, It is time to walk away.

Arrogant opponents. When I was 1400-rated, I played a 1700-rated older man. Another man approached before his game as he was seated in front of me and said, "I'd wish you luck, but you probably won't need it" while looking at me. I remember being so mad and determined to win. Unfortunately, I was down two pawns in the middle game, and I was at a state wheref I was starting to play with intuition. I made a knight sacrifice that looked like it might work. My pieces became more active and I was starting to pull him in a mating net. He suddenly resigned, which relieved me, as I wasn't completely sure how to finish him off in the attack (I was white and his king was on a4 with queens on the  board!). I was +8 according to the engine lol

I always get annoyed when they start chatting and saying mean stuff and spamming so i can't focus on the game so i have to ALWAYS disable chat!

I can’t remember “loosing” to an opponent.

The kid playing the f****ng Fortnite next to me.

I have played many tournaments OTB and I can name 4 things that annoy me alot.

1. Bad judges (there were many examples, from judges who didn't know the basic rules to irational mistakes by good judges. For example once in a rapid game my opponent took my rook with my knight and I called the judge who said that he can play whatever move, instead of taking my rook because that is the the rook if you touch the rook you need to take it)

2. People eating at the board. It is completely disrespectful. Once in a standard game 90+30inc my opponent ate 4 slices of watermelon during the game. When I objected because he was too loud he said call the judge.

3. People who are tapping on the clock. You know those old mechanical clock. Well in my area there are players who like to hit them not once but 5 times after every move in a time trouble. For example they play a move and you play instantly they click your time back. Thank god now we have digital clock and they are not allowed to do that anymore.

4. People spamming in chat or wanting to analyse the game afterwards (online)

Angry...

Impulsive moves. Thinking that the first move is the best move.

Losing on time.

Taking out my queen too soon and truly knowing better.

chamo2074

My blunders

Loosing due to bad connection

Falling to a trick I know

Loosing on time in a completely winning position

Number three on your list is pretty annoying. But it is so funny, because the other player has their time wasted also. It is one of those cut off your nose to spite your face scenarios. I normally ask them if they are taking time out to play with themselves.

I have "Confirm Move" feature on. When I move, all looks good, Confirm, and THEN I see the blunder. That ticks me off
