D4 your first move then he responds with Nf6 , so what would be a strong, very agressive, something surprising move to play with experts or master level players?

urk
The Trompowsky?
The Blackmar-Diemer Gambit?

There won't be easy answers in developing an opening repertoire since every opening has its drawbacks.

If you really wish to compete with master level players, should you not be able to answer that question yourself ?

Agreed. Then after 2.c5 3.d5 then 3.e5 or b5 you've got an interesting game ahead of you.

1.d4 is not most attacking anyway. Réti it with 2.Nf3

I would say 2. g5 - immediately attacking that knight.

Apply the pressure right from the start and never let go - leave that expert in shock.

He may be the expert, but you should still hit him. You're playing white after all.

You need to hypnotize him so he believes that g5 is a legal move. After that you can do whatever you want to him.

It's the Curse of the Jade Scorpion.
