For me, my blitz was 198 like 4 months ago lol
I think the lowest rating I ever had was probably in the daily format in which I had a rating of 400 about 2 months ago I believe, now I got it up to 940 :V Let's goo!!
A few months ago my rapid rating was at 500-600 and I stopped playing rapid for a while but then I started doing rapid again and got it up to 980
500-600 like 2 years ago
400-500 for blitz prob
1200, I started with that and it's lower than my true skill so I never got lower
100 haha
i was sandbagging, got banned for it

I was 350 for blitz once, but I do not count it... my lowest rapid rating has been 480, but that was 2.5 months ago and I am now an 820 so I am way past that.
my lowest on rapid was 960 and my lowest on blitz was 690 idk how losing 1 game made my rating drop lower then the evaluation bar
My lowest is 2900

Actual lowest or just lowest I estimate my ability?
Actual lowest on chess.com stabilized around 1150 for me, but I already knew the rules by then. When I learned the rules of chess in elementary school, I almost never played chess and I didn't even know chess ratings or tournaments existed. From what I remember, I'd estimate my rating back then to be around 700 or so and I was one of the best chess players among my friends 
Chess was just a board game though, so I wasn't really focused on chess at all; day I decided to really "take up chess" was the exact day I created my chess.com account and that was many years after I learned the rules (but almost never played between that time frame).

2900 may be the lowest rating I ever encountered
