whats my flaws

Giving away your Rook is not a good idea for a start. You should think about consolidating your position with a simple but strong opening and castling your King to safety in the process.

Your first mistake was trying to play the Sicilian without knowing how to do it properly. When done properly, it is one of the strongest opening lines when you are playing Black, but you played poorly, you took out your Queen too soon, you let the Knight fork you into check and you loose your Rock to early in the game, White just kept coming at you and you didn't seem to even notice...
When will you listen?

Learn your tactics, study opening lines, learn to play endgames. That's the only way you'll ever get better.

This was harsh but true my friend.

I think studying opening principles might be more appropriate for now.

Crawl before you walk my friend. You can do it... we've all been there excited about beginning chess and wanting to know the quickest path... just stick with it and don't take any blunt assessments as intentionally imparting ill will...
Try to do some very basic things first
- Mastering very basic endgames (Queen &King v. King) and study tactics - and none of these puzzles that are composed but will never actually occur in a real game. (looking at some of the prior puzzles posted).

You're right.
You should try and learn some openings. Make your own repertoire, and learn the pitfalls of each one.
Try visiting www.365chess.com, they hav a great openings database that you can use to study.
You also need to learn some tactics, that is learning how to use the combined power of your pieces to attack and defend. Strategy comes later, that is your game plan, your long term goals. Last, but not least, are the endgames; learn how to use the few pieces left in the end to take advantag of your position and win.
You have the potential, but remember, it takes some time...
Walk before you start runing.
