What's the difference between the +5 and +10 advantage!?

you get more time in +10 and less time in +5

I've always thought that the advantage is like this:

± <0.50: Equal position

± 0.51-1.50: Barely noticeable advantage

± 1.51-3.00: Clear advantage

± 3.01-5.00: Overwhelming advantage

± 5.01-7.00: Completely winning

± >7.00: The winning side would have to intentionally throw the game in order to lose

IMO, anything over ±5 is redundant, since that's pretty much where the "hopelessly lost" point of the evaluation lies.
