4 moves. My friend Scholar mated me.
19 moves is my shortest to date. He blundered mate in 1 but was verging on lost anyway.

I have a few really short ones that I;ve actually played more than once.
I think this is my favourite, although it's probably a rubbish idea, I beat a FM in a blitz tourney with this:

Of course, white could have tried to continue the fight but that was a 60-minute game and white rated 1000 with me already having 1800 so my opponent decided to not waste our time
