I was refering to your worst blunder in chess

if i wouldve passed highschool i would have succeeded in chess

Blundered stalemate against a friend of mine who's 200 elo in rapid. I was clearly winning but took his rook mindlessly because I thought I had forced checkmate. I lost 12 elo because he forgot to set the settings to amical.

It was in a daily game. I had initiated a combination starting with my queen capturing an enemy pawn; the resulting captures would eventually result with me winning material, removing the Queens from the board, and gaining a won position. Then I wasn't able to return to the game until I was low on time. I now had a number of games to play with only a little time to devote to analysis. When I reached the game described above, I saw to my horror that I had lost my queen for a pawn! How could I sux that much???!!!! I did a double take, then angry and in shock I just resigned the game. Later that day I remembered, "Hey didn't I have a game where I was going to sac the Queen for a pawn and win?" Oh No! Oh No! Oh No! No! No! Yep! I almost resigned all of my Daily games in disgust.

Played ladder mate with a rook and left my rook easily snatch able for the taking. The oldest match I remember is me losing because I hung my rook and couldn't do 1 rook checkmate 🤣
